Co-Founder · 1 seat open

This is not
a job.

Berick is building institutional access to a new category of real-world asset ownership. Most people who read this page will not make it past Step 2.

What we are correcting

The architecture of ownership was written for a different century.

Geography. Legal friction. Capital privilege. Who gets to own real assets is decided by structures most participants never see.

Berick is not another tokenized real estate product. We are rebuilding the layer underneath — so ownership becomes more intelligent, more liquid, more globally accessible. Without becoming reckless.

The standard

Unreasonable bar.
Unforgiving timeline.

This is a category that punishes shortcuts. If you need consensus, permission, or full legal certainty before you act — this is not your seat.

The seat is not for the brilliant-and-hesitant. It is for the operator who sees regulatory complexity, sees risk, sees the opportunity — and structures the risk to move anyway.

Who this is for

Three traits.
Non-negotiable.

01
Institutional fluency
You sit with serious capital and are taken seriously. LPs, family offices, regulated counterparties — you speak their language without trying. Pitch decks are not your medium.
02
Regulatory architecture
You know tokenized assets live inside legal structure, not outside it. You treat counsel as a co-pilot, not a brake — but you would never close a deal without one in the room.
03
Founder tempo
You raise hard questions early, decide quickly, and never confuse caution with leadership. You bring the inconvenient truth to the table — before it becomes expensive.
Hard questions are welcome.
Late hard questions are expensive.
The gauntlet

Five steps. 7 to 10 days.
No second tries.

1
The founder memo
You receive one document. Mission, model, traction, structure, risk, role, equity allocation framework, timeline, non-negotiables. No marketing. If reading it doesn't accelerate you, this stops here.
2
The first call
Not a pitch. A test of worldview. Do you understand the problem? Challenge intelligently? Sharpen the room — or drain it?
3
The working session
One real problem. Institutional distribution plan, regulatory go-to-market, investor segmentation, or the first ten target accounts. Compressed deadline. You produce, or you do not.
4
The commitment gate
Within 7 to 10 days of Step 1, one of two answers: “I am in, pending defined legal documentation.” Or you are out.
5
Counsel early
Non-negotiable. Before LOI. Your counsel and ours align early — or this does not move forward.

If this is your seat —
begin Step 1.

Send three things to careers@berick.finance.
  1. Why this mission matters to you specifically.
  2. What you would do in your first 30 days.
  3. What personal risk you accept by saying yes.
