You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify Berick immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Berick is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access.
All content on the Berick platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Berick and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
Berick reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
