How it works

Own real estate the honest way.
No bank. No middleman. No noise.

Five steps, about fifteen minutes. We walk you through investing in a tokenized share of Spanish luxury real estate in Marbella — paid in USDT on Avalanche, even if you've never used crypto before.

From 10 USDT Self-custody On-chain record

The five steps.

If you can open a bank account online, you can do this. Every step below is designed for someone who has never touched crypto. Not you? Skip ahead and browse our select properties →

Account & Identity

Create your account and verify your identity.

Sign up with email, Google, or Apple. Upload your government ID, a selfie, and proof of address. Our team reviews your documents within a business day.

This is the same kind of check a bank would do before letting you open an account. It's required by law before anyone can invest.

Why we ask. Identity verification is the gate that keeps Berick compliant and keeps bad actors off the platform. Your data is encrypted and stored securely, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Your Wallet

Set up an EVM wallet — your choice.

Install any EVM EIP-1193 wallet — as an extension in the browser of your choice (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge) or as a mobile app on your phone. Examples include MetaMask, Rabby, Rainbow, and Trust Wallet, and others also work with Berick. Always download from the wallet's official website, never from side-links.

When you create a new wallet, you'll be shown a 12-word recovery phrase. Write it on paper. Offline. Never share it. Never store it in a photo or a notes app. This phrase is the only way to get back into your wallet if you lose your phone or computer.

The first time you connect to Berick, your wallet will automatically add the Avalanche network — just one click.

Think of it this way. Your wallet is like a digital vault where your investment lives. Berick never holds the key — only you do. That's the whole point.
Safety tip. Before downloading, double-check the URL in your browser's address bar letter-by-letter. Wallet phishing sites use look-alike domains (metamasc.io, rabbyy.com, etc.). Bookmark the real site once you find it.
Fund with USDT on Avalanche

Put USDT in your wallet.

USDT is a digital dollar. It is designed to be worth one US dollar, though its value may fluctuate slightly in stress events. To invest on Berick, you need USDT sitting in your wallet on the Avalanche network.

The minimum investment is 10 USDT. Pick the funding route that fits your country:

A regional exchange Deposit your local currency, buy USDT, then withdraw to your wallet address. Examples across LATAM include Bitso, Lemon, Buenbit, Ripio, and Binance.
Most common
Buy directly inside your wallet Most wallets include a card-to-USDT on-ramp — examples include MoonPay and Transak. Faster, higher fees.
Fastest
Peer-to-peer In countries where bank-to-exchange rails are restricted, P2P desks inside the major exchanges are the practical route.
Restricted markets
The one mistake to avoid. When you withdraw USDT to your wallet, the exchange will ask you to pick a network. Choose Avalanche C-Chain — not Ethereum, not Tron, not Avalanche Fuji testnet, not X-Chain, not P-Chain. Picking the wrong network sends your funds to a place Berick cannot reach. This is the single most common error for first-time users — slow down on this screen.
Small detail. Keep about one dollar of AVAX in your wallet too. Avalanche uses AVAX to pay for transactions, the same way a car needs a drop of fuel to move. Most exchanges sell a tiny amount alongside your USDT. The exact amount you need can vary slightly with AVAX price and network congestion — a dollar covers many transactions.
Invest

Connect, approve, invest.

Back on Berick, pick a property, choose how much you want to invest, and click Invest. Your wallet will ask you to do three things, in order:

1. Approve the connection between your wallet and Berick.
2. Authorise Berick's contract to spend the USDT amount you chose — and only that amount.
3. Sign the transaction.

Seconds later, your property tokens arrive in your wallet. The transaction is public and permanent on snowtrace.io — the Avalanche ledger. In rare network-congestion cases settlement can take a little longer; the ledger still records it the same way.

What this means for you. The property is real. Your stake in it is recorded on a public ledger that no one, not even Berick, can quietly change.
Earn & Track

Collect rent. Grow with the property.

Rental income and sale appreciation from the property are collected in local currency, converted to USDT, and distributed to your wallet on a regular schedule. Projected yields are not guaranteed and depend on occupancy, maintenance, and local market conditions.

Your portfolio is private — only you see it inside your Berick account. Behind the scenes, the blockchain records your transaction under your wallet address, not your name or personal details. If you ever want independent proof of what you hold, you can look it up on snowtrace.io — but nobody browsing the blockchain can connect that record back to you.

Why this, and is it safe?

Three quick honest answers to the three questions every first-time investor asks.

Why USDT?

USDT is a digital dollar. It's designed to stay at one US dollar, though like any asset its value can fluctuate slightly in stress events. A dollar today should still be worth close to a dollar when your rent arrives next month.

Under the hood, the property itself is held in euros in Spain. We handle the USDT ↔ EUR conversion at both ends, so you only ever see USDT. Currency movement between the dollar and the euro can still affect the value of your returns — that's real, and we don't hide it.

Why Avalanche?

Avalanche settles transactions in under two seconds, with fees measured in cents rather than dollars. That matters when you're moving small amounts of rent. It's also EVM-compatible, which is why any standard EVM wallet works.

Is my money safe?

Berick never holds your private keys. Only you can move your USDT, only you can move your tokens. The property itself is held within a Spanish vehicle subject to local regulations, audited, and insured.

Your investment is provable on the blockchain, independent of Berick's operations.

Questions people actually ask.

If yours isn't here, write to us — we answer every one of them, personally, for now.

I've never owned crypto. Is this really for me?

Yes. This page exists because most Berick investors had never touched crypto before. If you've opened an online bank account, you have the skills. The blockchain parts are there to make the ownership record permanent and cheap to move — nothing more.

What happens to my money between my wallet and Marbella?

Your funds are received by a regulated entity, converted to the local currency the property operates in, and used to secure your share of the real estate. Rental income and sale appreciation follow the same path in reverse, arriving back in your wallet as USDT.

Each company involved follows the laws of the country it operates in and only deals with the currency it's set up for. More details about the legal structure are available if you'd like to learn more.

What if I lose my recovery phrase?

Your wallet cannot be recovered without the phrase — that's how self-custody works, and it's also the feature that means nobody else can steal it either. Write it down on paper, keep a second copy somewhere safe like a home safe or a bank deposit box. Never type it into a website, an email, or a photo.

If you'd rather someone else hold the keys, that's what a traditional brokerage is for. Berick deliberately doesn't.

What does it actually cost to invest?

The minimum investment is 10 USDT. You'll pay a few cents in Avalanche transaction fees when you approve and invest — the exact amount varies with network congestion and AVAX price. Exchanges will charge their own deposit and withdrawal fees when you first buy USDT, and those vary by country and by provider.

Berick's platform fees are disclosed on each property page before you commit, and are typically under 2% of the invested amount.

Can I sell my tokens later?

A secondary market is being explored and may be available in the future. Until then, tokens earn yields and track the property's value — they are not freely tradeable on a public exchange. Don't invest money you'll need back next month.

Which countries can invest today?

Availability varies by country and is confirmed during the identity verification step — only supported jurisdictions can complete sign-up. Berick's current focus is LATAM and the Americas. EU access is on a future phase, pending MiCA readiness.

What makes Berick different from other investment platforms?
